Coinbase Chief Executive Officer Brian Armstrong said he believes the market may be close to the start of another bull run. Speaking in an interview with CNBC on Aug. 20, Armstrong said it is 「very possible」 that the industry is now on the eve of the next bull market. He pointed to two factors he is watching. One is the Sept. 15 vote on the Clarity Act. The other is the pattern seen in prior Bitcoin halving cycles, under which October, November and December have typically been stronger months for Bitcoin. Armstrong did not provide a price target or further market forecast in the remarks cited by BlockBeats. His comments focused on the upcoming legislative vote and the seasonal pattern he said has appeared after past halvings.
