Coinfest Asia 2026 will take place on Aug. 20-21, 2026 at Melasti Beach in Bali, Indonesia, according to event organizer Indonesia Crypto Network (ICN). The event is being presented as a gathering point for institutions, developers, traders, founders, investors, development teams and the wider global Web3 community.
Organizers said this year’s edition is structured around dedicated programming for different parts of the crypto industry, with an emphasis on market insight, networking, product showcases and business connections across Asia’s growing crypto and Web3 markets.
Three tracks split the agenda by industry role
Rather than following a standard conference format, Coinfest Asia 2026 will divide its agenda into three main tracks designed to help attendees find sessions tied to their roles in the industry.
Institutional Track
The Institutional Track will focus on digital asset adoption, stablecoin integration and tokenization. It is aimed at regulators, financial institutions, corporations and industry leaders, and will include Asia Go-To-Market Sessions, keynote talks, panel discussions, and closed-door roundtables on stablecoins and tokenization as part of an institutional summit hosted by the ICEX Group.
The ICEX Group includes Indonesia Crypto Exchange (ICEX), Crypto Asset Clearing International (CACI) and International Crypto Custodian (ICC).
Builders Track
The Builders Track is aimed at developers and startup teams working in AI, blockchain and digital infrastructure. Its lineup includes a Gemini AI masterclass, the “What the Hack!” Web3 developer course, the AI Vibe coding competition, Asia Go-To-Market Sessions, and sessions centered on product development and ecosystem growth.
Traders Track
The Traders Track is built for active traders and market participants. Organizers said it is designed to help attendees follow market narratives, sharpen trading strategies and connect with the trading community. The program includes the Alpha Arena global trading competition grand finals hosted by MEXC Ventures, the Alpha Hunting masterclass, the Yapper masterclass, a Bitcoin crash course, Live Degen Experience, and trading-focused panels and keynote sessions.
According to the organizers, the track structure is meant to make the event easier to explore while keeping it open to a broader cross-section of the crypto industry.
Regional market entry sessions will focus on Asia
One of the core goals for the 2026 event is to give participants localized insight into Asian markets. Coinfest Asia is adding Asia Go-To-Market Sessions covering regulatory conditions, user behavior and growth channels in specific jurisdictions.
The announced sessions include:
- Japan Go-To-Market Session in partnership with WebX 2026
- Malaysia Go-To-Market Session in partnership with MYBW 2026
- Indonesia Go-To-Market Session in partnership with Indonesia Crypto Network
- India Go-To-Market Session in partnership with India Blockchain Week 2026
Organizers said the sessions are intended to give attendees a closer look at local user behavior, regulatory direction, community dynamics, partnership opportunities and distribution strategies across different Asian markets.
Joditha Winatajaya, event lead for Coinfest Asia, said, “Asia is not a single market. Each country has its own users, regulations, culture, and growth channels. Through the Asia Go-To-Market Sessions, we want to connect attendees with the right local ecosystems in one place.”
