Cosmos Labs said its tokenization suite has been connected to Swift’s blockchain-based shared ledger, giving banks a way to run tokenized deposit ledgers on Cosmos infrastructure while linking them to Swift and other external networks. The company said the system is built to work alongside existing bank core platforms, including Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry, Temenos, and Hogan. Cosmos Labs also said its stack supports deployments on Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) environments and Hyperledger Besu, giving institutions flexibility in how they manage internal ledger technology. Under the setup, banks can keep their current ledgers in place while extending connectivity to Swift’s ledger, Canton, Partior, Ethereum, and Solana.
