In the past 24 hours, total crypto liquidations reached $248 million, with short liquidations of $168 million exceeding long liquidations of $80.09 million, according to Coinglass. Bitcoin saw $9.56 million in long liquidations and $50.33 million in shorts; Ethereum had $16.13 million in longs and $20.49 million in shorts. The number of liquidated traders reached 95,892, and the largest single liquidation order was on Bybit's AKEUSDT at $4.74 million.

Coinglass data shows the crypto market took $248 million in total liquidations over the past 24 hours. Long positions made up $80.09 million. Short positions hit $168 million. That points to heavier liquidations on the short side.

For Bitcoin, long liquidations came in at $9.56 million, while short liquidations reached $50.33 million. Ethereum posted $16.13 million in long liquidations and $20.49 million in short liquidations. Same story there. Bigger short-side wipeouts.

All told, 95,892 traders were liquidated during the period. The biggest single liquidation order showed up on the Bybit AKEUSDT pair, with a value of $4.74 million.
