Tokenized securities firm Dinari, headquartered in California, has announced a partnership with Circle, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, to offer U.S. investors blockchain-based trading of tokenized stocks. According to Fortune, the company plans to bring all S&P 500 constituents on chain. The platform operates through dShares, each representing an underlying stock, with every token corresponding to a real security held in custody by regulated institutions. Investors can use USDC from self-custody wallets to buy and sell stocks, and the service supports instant settlement as well as the transfer of assets across different platforms. The initiative is designed to connect the roughly $300 billion stablecoin market with the U.S. stock market, which is valued at over $60 trillion. Dinari says its platform is now live in 85 jurisdictions and supports more than 6,000 tokenized assets. The partnership effectively brings traditional equities trading into crypto wallets via tokenized securities.
