Dinari said Tuesday it has opened tokenized U.S. stock trading to eligible investors in the United States, making 724 tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs available for purchase with USDC from self-custody wallets. The lineup includes every company in the S&P 500, according to the company.
Dinari said it is the first platform to offer the 724 tokenized stocks to both eligible U.S. investors and U.S. businesses. Purchases settle in USDC through a partnership with Circle, and broker-dealers can license Dinari’s API-based infrastructure to offer the products to their own customers.
Live on Avalanche and supported across multiple networks
Avalanche said the tokens are live on its C-Chain through the Dinari Trading App. Dinari said it currently supports Ethereum, Avalanche, Arbitrum, and Base, with expansion planned for Sei and Solana.
Alongside its own app, Dinari named Monaco, Eldora, Kredete, Yield.xyz, Liminal, Para, Privy, and Axal as launch partners.
dShares are backed by underlying securities in custody
The company said the tokenized instruments, branded dShares, are backed by corresponding underlying securities held in qualified custody. Dinari said the products are designed to preserve the rights and protections associated with traditional stock ownership, including execution at the national best bid and offer, voting rights, cash dividends, corporate actions, and ownership of the backing security.
The U.S. launch also adds native USDC dividend support, which means holders receive dividend proceeds directly in the stablecoin rather than in off-chain cash.
Access is limited under U.S. securities rules
Dinari’s disclosures state that tokenized securities and dShares are securities subject to U.S. federal securities laws. The products are available only to eligible investors and remain subject to eligibility checks, onboarding, and jurisdictional requirements.
Launch follows broker-dealer approval
The rollout comes after the broker-dealer approval that The Defiant reported in June 2025, when Dinari said its U.S. offerings would go live in the following months.
FINRA’s BrokerCheck lists Dinari Securities, LLC as an active broker-dealer with SEC number 8-71215, no disclosures, and a last FINRA approval date of June 20, 2025. The listing gives its address as 260 Madison Avenue in New York.
Features Dinari said could be supported over time
Dinari said continuous 24/7 trading, T+0 settlement, collateralized lending and margin, and automated portfolio management could be supported over time, subject to applicable regulatory requirements as well as product development and implementation.
The company also said dShares already reach investors in more than 85 jurisdictions through fintechs, exchanges, neobanks, and web3-native platforms. Dinari framed the U.S. launch as connecting two pools of capital, citing more than $75 trillion in U.S. equity market capitalization and a stablecoin market above $307 billion.
