H&H International Investment LLC, the investment firm managed by noted investor Duan Yongping, filed its 2026 second-quarter 13F holdings report with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Aug. 15, according to BlockBeats.
The filing shows that as of June 30, H&H International Investment held 18 stocks with a total 13F portfolio value of about $19.1 billion, down slightly from $20 billion at the end of the fourth quarter last year.
Top holdings at quarter-end
Apple remained the firm’s largest holding, with a market value of about $7.84 billion and a 41.05% portfolio weight. Berkshire Hathaway Class B ranked second at about $4.62 billion, accounting for 24.18% of the portfolio. PDD ranked third with a market value of about $1.91 billion and a 9.99% weight. Tesla and Nvidia were the fourth- and fifth-largest holdings, respectively.
PDD saw the biggest increase in the quarter
Among position changes, PDD was the stock with the largest increase in Duan’s portfolio during the second quarter. H&H International Investment added 5.2738 million shares of PDD, lifting the total share count to 25.0221 million, up 26.71% from the previous quarter. By the end of the quarter, PDD had become the firm’s third-largest holding, with its portfolio weight nearing 10%.
Duan also re-entered Alibaba during the quarter. The filing shows a new position of 301,400 shares, valued at about $28.93 million at the end of the period.
Cuts to Apple, Nvidia, Alphabet and Microsoft
The report also shows continued reductions in several large technology names. Apple was trimmed by 1.8469 million shares in the second quarter, leaving H&H with 27.0987 million shares, a 6.38% decline in share count.
Nvidia saw a much larger reduction. H&H cut 7.5631 million shares, bringing the position down by 54.63%. The quarter-end market value of the stake was about $1.257 billion. Its portfolio weight fell from 12.07% at the end of the first quarter to 6.58%, and Nvidia dropped from the third-largest holding in the first quarter to fifth place by the end of the second quarter.
Alphabet Class C shares were also cut sharply. H&H reduced the position by 1.7374 million shares, a 46.88% decrease. The remaining stake was worth about $696 million at quarter-end, and its portfolio weight fell from 5.31% to 3.64%.
Microsoft was reduced as well. The filing shows the position was cut by 25.78%, leaving H&H with 754,100 shares.
Full exits from TSMC and CrowdStrike
During the second quarter, Duan fully exited Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., a position that previously stood at 151,200 shares. The firm also fully exited CrowdStrike, where it had held 40,000 shares.
