One of the posts, titled “Hegotá EIP Opinion Post and Tier List,” evaluates and ranks 62 proposed Ethereum Improvement Proposals, marking the first time the team has issued a unified EIP rating list for a single upgrade. According to the foundation, around 60 researchers, engineers, and domain experts from nine teams within the Protocol Cluster took part in the review process. Among the goals listed, one stands out: pushing Ethereum L1 to achieve quantum resistance by December 2029.
