ChainCatcher reported, citing beaconcha.in data, that the Ethereum validator entry queue currently contains about 2.8841 million ETH waiting to be staked. Based on a processing rate of 256 validators per epoch, new participants need to wait 50 days and 2 hours before they can formally take part in staking. The waiting time refers to the queue status shown by beaconcha.in at the time of the report.

The exit queue is much smaller than the entry queue. According to the same data, only 89,800 ETH is in the exit queue, with an exit waiting time of 1 day and 13 hours. After the exit process, funds still require 7.7 days to complete automatic withdrawal. These figures outline both sides of Ethereum’s validator flow: the time needed for new validators to enter and the time required for exiting funds to be withdrawn.
