Long-term partnership with YZi Labs

FinTax said YZi Labs has continued to build in stablecoins, real-world assets, payments, and institutional digital asset infrastructure in recent years. Drawing on FinTax’s work in on-chain data processing, crypto accounting, cross-jurisdiction tax practice, and financial audits for crypto assets, the two sides plan to explore a long-term ecosystem partnership around institutional-grade finance and tax infrastructure, compliance standards, and newer use cases including stablecoins, RWA, and payments. The company said the partnership will also strengthen ties between FinTax and YZi Labs, along with its ecosystem partners.

Expansion plans after the financing

After closing the round, FinTax said it will accelerate the scaling of five product lines, expand its business from Asia-Pacific and North America into Europe and the Middle East, and deepen the application of AI in complex finance and tax scenarios.

FinTax’s view of the next decade

FinTax said the next decade will center on bringing blockchain into alignment with legal systems. The company said it will continue pushing what it described as a dual iteration of blockchain and legal systems across dozens of jurisdictions, with the aim of connecting on-chain economic activity to real-world tax, finance, and financial systems, and moving blockchain from technical consensus to social consensus.
