France’s financial markets regulator, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), has published a new list of websites identified in the third quarter as illegally offering crypto assets or crypto-asset services in France. The list includes alphaairobot.com, aureoncorevix.net, bitgrokapp.com, bitkelttrade.com, cryptobullbear.com and investpathline.com, among others. According to the AMF, 64 names have been added to the blacklist since the start of 2026. The regulator said the list is updated frequently, but it is not exhaustive because new unauthorized or fraudulent entities continue to emerge. Members of the public can review the full blacklist through the AMF website under the "Espace Épargnants > Protéger son épargne > Listes noires et mises en garde" section, as well as on the ABEIS website. The AMF also said users can check its whitelist of authorized crypto-asset service providers, or PSCA, to verify whether a firm is permitted to operate in France.
