Gate Europe has been listed in a newly released guide to European crypto trading platforms as one of the platforms suited to low-cost spot trading and EUR funding access. According to the report, the platform has received authorization under the Markets in Crypto-Assets regulation from the Malta Financial Services Authority, charges a standard 0.1% fee for spot trading, and supports euro transfers through the Single Euro Payments Area banking network. The guide said Gate Europe can serve users with different levels of trading experience, from beginners to advanced traders, and is particularly suited to spot market participants. It also supports migration from USDT to USDC for European users moving assets. BeInCrypto had previously included Gate Europe in its guide to MiCA-licensed platforms and has continued to track its compliance progress and service capabilities in Europe. The report added that Gate Europe has obtained both a MiCA license and a Payment Institution, or PI, license. It also said Gate Connect, Gate Card, and related support systems have completed PCI DSS v4.0.1 Level 1 compliance assessment.

Gate Europe has been named in a newly published guide to European crypto trading platforms as one of the platforms suited to low-cost spot trading and EUR funding access.

According to the report, the platform has received Markets in Crypto-Assets, or MiCA, authorization from the Malta Financial Services Authority. Its standard spot trading fee is 0.1%, and it supports EUR funding through SEPA bank transfers.

User coverage and asset migration support

The guide said Gate Europe can meet trading needs across different experience levels, from beginner to advanced users, and shows strong suitability for spot traders. For European users with asset migration needs, the platform also supports migration from USDT to USDC.

Previously included in a MiCA platform guide

BeInCrypto had earlier included Gate Europe in its guide to MiCA-licensed platforms and has continued to follow its compliance progress and service capabilities in the European market.

MiCA and PI licenses in place

The report said Gate Europe has already obtained both a license under the European Union's Markets in Crypto-Assets regulation and a Payment Institution, or PI, license, adding to its compliance footing in Europe.

It also said Gate Connect, Gate Card, and related support systems have completed PCI DSS v4.0.1 Level 1 compliance assessment.

With the MiCA framework now fully taking effect and European users paying closer attention to legal entities, authorization scope, and fiat access channels, Gate Europe is using its compliance credentials to offer a more complete digital asset trading and funding service experience for users in Europe, according to BeInCrypto.
