Gate has released its latest proof-of-reserves report, stating that as of July 27, 2026, the platform’s overall reserve ratio stood at 117%, above the 100% benchmark referenced in the announcement. The report said reserves covered nearly 500 different types of user assets and that the exchange continues to use a verifiable mechanism aimed at protecting customer holdings.
Among major assets, BTC user holdings increased from 19,054 BTC in the previous reporting period to 21,557 BTC, while Gate’s reserve holdings reached 26,775 BTC, implying an excess reserve ratio of 24.2%. ETH user holdings rose from 344,935 ETH to 374,348 ETH, and the platform’s ETH reserves increased from 423,960 ETH to 456,798 ETH, with an excess reserve ratio of 22.02%.
For stablecoins, the report grouped USDT, USDC, USD1 and GUSD together. User balances across those four assets totaled 1.336 billion tokens, against combined platform reserves of 1.59 billion, for a reserve ratio of 118.97% and an excess reserve ratio of 18.97%. Gate also said reserve ratios for GT and XRP were 131.13% and 116.5%, respectively.

For core assets, BTC user holdings rose from 19,054 BTC in the previous period to 21,557 BTC. Gate reported reserve holdings of 26,775 BTC, translating to an excess reserve ratio of 24.2%.
ETH user holdings increased from 344,935 ETH to 374,348 ETH. The platform’s ETH reserves also climbed from 423,960 ETH to 456,798 ETH, with an excess reserve ratio of 22.02%.
Stablecoin reserve ratio reached 118.97%
For stablecoins, combined user holdings of USDT, USDC, USD1 and GUSD totaled 1.336 billion tokens, while combined platform reserves stood at 1.59 billion. That put the aggregate reserve ratio at 118.97%, with an excess reserve ratio of 18.97%.
GT and XRP also remained above 100%
Gate said reserve ratios for other major assets, including GT and XRP, also stayed above the 100% reserve standard, coming in at 131.13% and 116.5%, respectively.
The latest reserve report showed continued growth in the exchange’s core asset reserves, according to the announcement.
