Gold and silver are now among the five most traded contracts on Binance futures, a shift that stands out on a venue still led by crypto. CryptoQuant data shows BTC ranked first with $21.5 billion in trading volume, followed by ETH at $18.1 billion. SOL placed third with $3 billion, well behind the top two but still ahead of other major altcoin contracts.
Precious metals climb quickly after listing
Gold reached $2.15 billion in futures volume to take fourth place, while silver followed with $1.98 billion, ranking fifth. Both products were listed recently, and their rise up the table has been fast. The numbers show that Binance futures remains centered on crypto, but trading demand on the platform is no longer confined to digital assets.
The ranking also points to growing liquidity in commodity-linked contracts. A platform known primarily for crypto speculation is now seeing meaningful volume in non-crypto instruments, with market attention spreading across a wider set of products.
Stock-linked contracts begin to show up
Trading activity in stock-related products is still much smaller, and most of those pairs were only listed on March 26. Circle ranked 16th with $167 million in volume, while Tesla came in 22nd with $92 million. They were followed by MicroStrategy at $39 million, Coinbase at $33 million, and Robinhood at $32 million.
Other U.S. equity names appearing in the lower part of the ranking include Intel, EWY, Palantir, Nvidia, and Alphabet. The gap between these products and the leading crypto contracts remains large, but their presence on the board shows Binance futures listings are broadening beyond cryptocurrencies.
