Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission said it has placed Finanx AI, also identified as 菲纳斯科技有限公司, on its list of unlicensed companies. The regulator said the entity may have promoted the FNXAI and 1FNXAI tokens to investors through events held in Hong Kong and may have claimed that investing in those tokens could generate high returns. The SFC also noted that FNXAI and 1FNXAI were added to its Suspicious Investment Products Alert List on Sept. 30, 2026. According to the regulator, the entity has not been licensed by or registered with the SFC under the Securities and Futures Ordinance to carry on any regulated activity in Hong Kong, and it must not conduct any regulated activity there.
