Hyperliquid’s largest long position has swung from profit to loss after the market fell on Sept. 10, according to monitoring by EmberCN. The address is now sitting on an unrealized loss of about $3.39 million across roughly $233 million in long positions. Its current holdings include about 1,400 BTC valued at around $110 million, with an average long entry of $78,672 and an unrealized loss of about $1.94 million, as well as 50,000 ETH valued at about $123 million, with an average long entry of $2,469 and an unrealized loss of about $1.45 million. EmberCN also said the same address had previously closed $537 million in long positions on Aug. 25 for a profit of $61.72 million, before reopening longs on Aug. 28. The address had also endured an earlier drawdown after building long positions in May, remaining underwater for about three months and at one point reaching a peak unrealized loss of $120 million before exiting in August with the same $61.72 million profit.

EmberCN said the same address previously closed $537 million in long positions on Aug. 25, booking a profit of $61.72 million, and then reopened long positions on Aug. 28.

The monitored address had also built long positions in May and remained underwater for about three months. At one point, its unrealized loss reached as much as $120 million before the position recovered, and the trader exited in August with a $61.72 million profit. The newly rebuilt long position has now slipped back into unrealized loss.
