Hyperliquid Labs is in deep talks with Payward, the parent company of Kraken, over a plan that would use Bitnomial, a Payward-owned exchange, to offer U.S. traders access to perpetual contracts linked to the Hyperliquid ecosystem. According to people familiar with the matter, the arrangement would allow American users to trade certain perpetuals tied to token prices on the Hyperliquid blockchain, but only if it wins regulatory approval. The discussions come as Hyperliquid steps up its push into the U.S. market. Just weeks ago, U.S. President Donald Trump said his administration was working to help bring Hyperliquid into the United States. Neither side has commented on the plan so far, and any final deal would still need approval from regulators, Bloomberg reported.
