Jake Chervinsky, CEO of the Hyperliquid Policy Center, said in an interview that onchain markets, beyond regulated perpetual contracts, need to fall within the scope of U.S. regulation and that he expects that shift to happen soon. He also said all exchanges will eventually adopt public blockchain infrastructure to stay competitive. In his view, clearer rules would drive broader adoption of onchain markets and, over time, make public blockchains the standard infrastructure for exchange operations. The remarks were reported by The Block and cited by Techub News.
