Hyperliquid Labs has confirmed that its headquarters are in Singapore, with company filings listing Singapore as its registered base and recent job postings indicating it also maintains an office there. The disclosure comes after the Monetary Authority of Singapore, or MAS, said it does not view Hyperliquid as falling within its regulatory remit. MAS also said it was not aware of Hyperliquid being regulated by any major jurisdiction. Hyperliquid Labs said the platform is currently unregulated and added that it has never claimed to be licensed or authorized by MAS.
