According to The Block, fresh data from Immunefi shows the crypto industry lost roughly $110 million to hacks in July. During the same period, the platform paid out $2.32 million to researchers for confirmed vulnerability reports, with the number of confirmed and paid bug bounty reports rising 18% month over month.

The report also found that Immunefi's audit contests uncovered an average of 6.2 critical vulnerabilities per contest, versus 1.5 for level-one audits. In July, its bug bounty programs blocked 374 threats in total.
