Liquid Capital founder JackYi said in a post on X that he and his team had published six posts over the past month and repeatedly argued in advance that Bitcoin reaching $86,000 was a pullback level. He said that despite Bitcoin moving sideways over the past two weeks — and even showing what he described as a false breakout that lured longs — he has continued to stick with a pullback view.
JackYi also said his earlier calls had again been validated, pointing to what he described as an accurate call on the end of the rebound in May, followed by repeated bottom-fishing calls in July and August. In the same post, he said investing and trading are difficult and easily falsified over time, but argued that in crypto, for people who do not run projects or exchanges, improving investment and trading skills is the path that may offer a chance of returns.
