Odaily reported that, according to monitoring by PeckShieldAlert, the attacker associated with the MEV bot JaredFromSubway stole a total of 1,474.58 WETH, 2.87 million USDC and 2 million USDT. The on-chain monitoring update shows that after the theft, the attacker converted part of the assets into ETH.
Part of the stolen assets was converted into 4,400 ETH
PeckShieldAlert said the attacker exchanged a portion of the assets for 4,400 ETH. Of that amount, 1,000 ETH has already been transferred to Tornado Cash. The movement follows the earlier incident in which JaredFromSubway was hit by a “reverse MEV honeypot attack.”
In that previous attack, about $7.5 million in assets was stolen from JaredFromSubway. The latest fund movement disclosed by PeckShieldAlert indicates that part of the stolen assets has been converted, with 1,000 ETH now moved into Tornado Cash.
