Bit Mining Pool founder Jiang Zhuoer said in a social media post that Ethereum’s stronger price performance in the latest market rally can be explained by ETF inflows relative to market capitalization. He said spot Bitcoin ETFs took in $1.92 billion last week, while Ethereum ETFs saw $700 million in inflows. With Ethereum’s total market value at about 18.8% of Bitcoin’s, Zhuoer argued that ETH ETF inflows still amounted to 36.4% of the BTC ETF figure, making ETH’s inflow-to-market-cap ratio roughly twice that of Bitcoin. In his view, that gap explains why ETH’s peak gain in the current run reached 35.9%, above BTC’s 26.6%.
Zhuoer also commented on U.S. policy and tokenization. He said that as the Trump administration embraces blockchain, passage of the CLARITY Act would lead to broad onchain issuance, tokenization, and smart-contract integration for U.S. financial assets including the dollar, U.S. stocks, and Treasury bonds. He added that once people in U.S. finance see large-scale movement of real-world assets, or RWA, onto blockchains, they may begin to study and invest in the underlying public chains themselves.

Comments on the CLARITY Act and RWA tokenization
Zhuoer also said that as the Trump administration strongly embraces blockchain, passage of the CLARITY Act would push U.S. financial assets such as the dollar, U.S. equities, and U.S. Treasuries onto blockchains at scale, with tokenization and smart-contract integration to follow. He said that would bring significant global financial freedom.
He added that once people in the U.S. financial sector see large-scale migration of RWA assets onto blockchains, they may develop interest in understanding and investing in the underlying public chains themselves.
