The conference is scheduled for Sept. 29-30, 2026, at aT Center in Seoul. It is organized by Web3Labs and co-hosted by Techub News, HypaiLabs and TokenPost, with support from the Hong Kong-Korea Web3 Policy Promotion Alliance. The event will focus on Web3, AI, on-chain infrastructure and digital asset applications. Its program includes keynotes, technical panels, project showcases, business matchmaking and a hackathon. Organizers said the hackathon is expected to draw more than 500 developers worldwide and produce more than 100 projects, with mentorship from industry advisors and VC judges. Registration, ticket applications and sponsorship information are already open.

Ng is a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and a Hong Kong Legislative Council member. He serves as chairman of the Legislative Council Panel on Commerce, Industry, Innovation and Technology, and previously chaired the subcommittee on Web3 and virtual asset development.
