According to Techub News, Kernel has announced that its dApp interface will be retired around June 8. After the retirement, users will no longer be able to use the existing front-end interface and will need to interact directly with Kernel's smart contracts through BscScan to complete asset redemptions.
Kernel stated that redemption support through BscScan will remain available for three years, until June 8, 2029. The project stopped accepting new deposits as of March 7, and the protocol is currently operating in a redemption-only mode. Between June 3 and June 10, Kernel's StakeManager contract will undergo an upgrade, but the team has confirmed that the redemption functionality will not be affected during this period.
Kernel's other products, including Kelp and Gain, will continue to operate normally and are not impacted by the dApp retirement or contract upgrades.
