The A1 form is one of the formal application documents required for companies seeking a listing on the HKEX.
In response to the news, a Kimi spokesperson said, "We do not comment on market rumors and currently have no information to disclose."
Separately, sources familiar with the matter revealed that Kimi is also advancing a new funding round at a pre-money valuation of $50 billion. This round is expected to be the company's final financing before its IPO.
