LayerZero said on Aug. 22 that it will gradually stop providing off-chain support for 15 networks over the next 30 days because their activity is extremely low. The list includes EDU Chain, Meter, Shimmer, Cyber, Silicon, Sophon, Bitlayer, DFK Chain, Arbitrum Nova, DOS Chain, Cronos zkEVM, Degen, Skale Europa, Superposition and Shrapnel. Once the transition is complete, DVN and Executor services will no longer support those networks, and some of them will also lose Stargate Hydra support. LayerZero added a user warning: holders should redeem Hydra assets such as USDC.e, wETH and Hydra USDT from the affected networks in time.

The networks named by LayerZero are EDU Chain, Meter, Shimmer, Cyber, Silicon, Sophon, Bitlayer, DFK Chain, Arbitrum Nova, DOS Chain, Cronos zkEVM, Degen, Skale Europa, Superposition and Shrapnel.

When the change takes effect, LayerZero’s DVN and Executor services will no longer support those networks. Some of the networks will also lose Stargate Hydra support.

LayerZero also warned users to redeem Hydra assets, including USDC.e, wETH and Hydra USDT, from the affected networks in time.
