Leopold Aschenbrenner, the former OpenAI researcher sometimes referred to as an "AI stock guru," has disclosed a portfolio heavily concentrated in AI infrastructure, semiconductors, and computing-related assets. His largest long positions are SanDisk (SNDK) at 28% and Micron (MU) at 27.5%, followed by Bloom Energy (BE) at 9.4%, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSM) at 6.2%, and Nebius (NBIS) at 6.1%. He also holds positions in CoreWeave, Core Scientific, Applied Digital, Riot Platforms, and IREN, all tied to AI data centers, chips, or energy infrastructure. On the options side, Aschenbrenner recently added about $315 million in call option premium exposure across AMD, Bloom Energy, CoreWeave, SK Hynix, SanDisk, Intel, and the Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM). At the same time, he has fully exited earlier put option hedges on Nvidia, AMD, Micron, TSM, and ASML. The disclosure also lists private investments in Anthropic, Fluidstack, Source Foundry, MatX, and Physical Intelligence, with the positions mainly drawn from a second-quarter 2026 13F filing and recent options trading data.

Core holdings center on memory, chips, and compute infrastructure

Beyond those top positions, Aschenbrenner also holds CoreWeave (CRWV), Core Scientific (CORZ), Applied Digital (APLD), Riot Platforms (RIOT), and IREN, according to the disclosure. Those companies are tied to AI data centers, chips, and energy infrastructure.

About $315 million in new call option premium exposure

On the options side, Aschenbrenner recently added roughly $315 million in call option premium exposure tied to AMD, Bloom Energy, CoreWeave, SK Hynix, SanDisk, Intel, and the Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM).

He has also fully exited earlier put option hedge positions linked to Nvidia, AMD, Micron, TSM, and ASML.

Private portfolio includes several AI companies

The disclosure also lists private investments in Anthropic at about $5 billion, Fluidstack at $830 million, Source Foundry at $500 million, MatX at $500 million, and Physical Intelligence at $1 billion.
