Lite Strategy, a Litecoin treasury company listed on Nasdaq under the ticker LITS, has released results for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, according to Globenewswire. The company said fiscal 2026 was the first full year after it adopted its LTC treasury strategy.
It said it had deployed $100 million to acquire more than 900,000 LTC. As of June 30, the company held 832,716 LTC, which it said accounted for more than 1% of the current mined Litecoin supply.
Lite Strategy also disclosed progress under its share repurchase program. It said it had bought back about 4.4 million LITS shares, equal to roughly 12% of shares outstanding. As of Sept. 22, cumulative repurchases had reached about 6.4 million shares, or about 17% of shares outstanding.
The company added that, since launching its covered call strategy on LTC, it had generated about $930,000 in options premium income as of Sept. 22.
