Odaily reported that MANTRA has announced it will be fully acquired by its strategic investor, Inveniam Capital Partners. The transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of this year. The announcement identifies Inveniam Capital Partners as MANTRA’s strategic investor and states that the deal will take the form of a full acquisition.

MANTRA’s core business is a public chain for the tokenization of real-world assets, or RWA. According to the disclosed information, MANTRA holds a VASP license issued by Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority. The license allows the company to operate a digital asset exchange and provide services including brokerage, proprietary management and investment-related activities.

The two parties had previously worked together on NVNM Chain, a Layer2 network. NVNM Chain is designed for compliant use cases involving autonomous AI agents: it can register identities for those agents, define their permissions, and record on-chain evidence that can be independently verified by regulators and counterparties. The acquisition announcement follows that existing cooperation between MANTRA and Inveniam Capital Partners, with the expected closing window set for the third quarter of this year.
