Matrixdock, the RWA tokenization platform under BIT, has completed its fourth consecutive semiannual independent reserve audit and its second straight year of reserve verification by Bureau Veritas. The latest review expanded beyond tokenized gold product XAUm to include tokenized silver product XAGm for the first time, bringing both precious metal reserve pools under the same verification process. According to the audit results, Bureau Veritas carried out physical checks on Matrixdock’s underlying metal holdings and found them consistent with the company’s records, with no discrepancies identified. The review covered 574 gold and silver bars from LBMA-accredited refiners stored across Malca-Amit Singapore, Brink's Hong Kong, and Brink's Singapore. As of the audit date, XAUm reserves covered 16,331.184 troy ounces of gold against 16,331.179 tokens in circulation, while XAGm covered 65,934 troy ounces of silver against 65,998.551 circulating tokens after applying the stated ozPerToken ratio. Matrixdock said the repeated use of the same external verifier supports a consistent long-term validation framework, which it refers to as its Reserve Transparency Stack.

Matrixdock, the RWA tokenization platform under BIT, formerly Matrixport, has completed its fourth consecutive semiannual independent reserve audit. The latest review was again conducted by Bureau Veritas and, for the first time, brought tokenized silver product XAGm into scope alongside XAUm.

The company said the latest cycle means it has now maintained a unified and ongoing independent verification process for two straight years. According to Matrixdock, this is also the second consecutive year in which Bureau Veritas has handled the reserve verification work.

Same verifier retained for a second year

Matrixdock said using the same independent audit institution over multiple periods helps keep the process stable and consistent. It also said that repeated engagement allows the verifier to gain a deeper understanding of its reserve structure and makes it easier to identify potential anomalies in future reviews.

The company refers to this multilayer framework as its Reserve Transparency Stack, a structure designed to give token holders continuing visibility into the assets backing the tokens.

574 bars checked across three vaults

According to Bureau Veritas, the audit included physical verification of Matrixdock’s precious metal reserves and confirmed that the reserve assets matched Matrixdock’s records.

The review covered 574 gold and silver bars from LBMA-accredited refiners. The bars were stored in three institutional-grade vaults:

  • Malca-Amit Singapore, audited on July 3, 2026
  • Brink's Hong Kong, audited on July 8, 2026
  • Brink's Singapore, audited on July 15, 2026

During the audit, every bar was individually weighed and measured. Compared with the audit for the second half of 2025, the latest review added 26 gold bars and expanded the scope to include 66 silver bars.

XAUm reserve data

As of the audit date, XAUm, Matrixdock’s tokenized gold product, covered 508 audited gold bars representing 16,331.184 troy ounces of gold. XAUm had a circulating supply of 16,331.179 tokens, broken down as follows:

  • EVM chains: 11,242.657
  • Sui: 2,677.413
  • Solana: 1,575.248
  • Stellar: 771.552

Using a gold price of $4,046.86 per troy ounce, Matrixdock put the corresponding asset value at about $66.09 million.

XAGm added to the audit for the first time

The same audit also covered XAGm, Matrixdock’s tokenized silver product. As of the audit date, the review covered 66 silver bars representing 65,934 troy ounces of silver.

XAGm had a circulating supply of 65,998.551 tokens, split between:

  • Ethereum: 33,004.219
  • Sui: 32,990

The reported ozPerToken was 0.999021918. Using a silver price of $61.24 per troy ounce, Matrixdock said the corresponding asset value was about $4.04 million.

The audit found no discrepancies after matching all precious metal bars against records held by the relevant vaults. As of the audit date, XAUm reserve assets matched the number of circulating tokens. For XAGm, reserve assets matched circulating token supply after applying the stated ozPerToken figure.

Monthly disclosures and onchain reserve tools remain in place

Beyond the semiannual independent reserve audit, Matrixdock said it also publishes monthly reserve asset statements, onchain Proof of Reserves for its precious metal products, and a Gold Allocation Lookup tool. The company said holders can use these disclosures to check the mapping between specific gold bars and the related tokens, allowing continuing verification of the underlying assets instead of relying only on periodic audit results.

Matrixdock also said it will continue to assess potential cooperation with third-party global service providers to strengthen asset-level verification of offchain reserve assets while protecting client privacy.

Matrixdock said that when underlying reserves remain continuously verifiable, those reserve assets can take part in more onchain financial use cases, including institutional treasury management, financial applications, and lending markets. It also said that as tokenized assets move from simple asset-mapping tools toward financial infrastructure, continuous verifiability of underlying reserves is becoming an important basis for assessing reserve asset quality. The company said this fourth consecutive semiannual independent reserve audit reflects its long-term commitment to building a Reserve Layer for onchain finance.
