According to ChainCatcher, Michael Saylor posted on X to congratulate Elon Musk and SpaceX on completing a “historic IPO.” In the post, Saylor described the listing as symbolic and linked the event to Bitcoin’s presence on the balance sheets of major technology companies.
Saylor also stated that “25% of Mag8 companies hold Bitcoin on their balance sheets.” The comment is consistent with his long-running public view that Bitcoin is accelerating its entry into the asset allocation systems of large technology companies and is gradually becoming part of corporate treasury strategy.
The main point of Saylor’s post was not limited to congratulating Musk and SpaceX. By referring to the “historic IPO” and the share of Mag8 companies holding Bitcoin, he again framed Bitcoin as an asset increasingly discussed in the context of corporate balance sheets and treasury management among major technology firms.
