Binance issued the announcement at 13:55:12 UTC. The trader used a private RPC channel to submit a purchase of 9.89 million Hakimi tokens for 264.7 BNB ($200,000) at an average price of $0.02. The hefty bribe and gas fee ensured the transaction was executed first, causing the price to rise as other traders followed, allowing the trader to sell for a profit of $378,000.
