Crypto exchange OKX has completed a new funding round at a $25 billion valuation, according to Bloomberg. The company said the round included existing partners and hedge fund Qube Research & Technologies, along with Circle Internet Group, Ripple, and SC Ventures, the investment arm of Standard Chartered.
OKX did not disclose the amount raised. It said the latest financing extends a round from March this year. At that time, Intercontinental Exchange, the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, invested about $200 million in OKX at the same $25 billion valuation.
The update adds new detail on the exchange’s latest capital raise but leaves the total size of the round undisclosed.
