OKX has officially launched OKX Money, a standalone app unveiled at the OKX NOW summit in Singapore on Oct. 6. The product is built around four core use cases: transfers, spending, savings, and asset custody, and is designed to serve a broad user base that includes people who are not native crypto users. Built on X Layer, the app uses self-custodial smart accounts and supports 24/7 digital asset transfers. OKX said the service is already available in more than 30 countries. For users in Europe, OKX Money also includes Pay Boost, a feature supported by Aave that is intended to let users earn yield while keeping their funds available for spending. Looking ahead, the company said the app will add AI-driven investment strategy planning based on user needs, with small trades executed inside the app after user authorization.
