Ondo Finance has announced a new partnership to integrate onchain shareholder voting into its tokenized stock offerings. Holders of Ondo's tokenized equities can now vote on corporate governance matters via blockchain, bridging traditional finance and decentralized finance.

The move comes as competition in blockchain-based equity offerings intensifies. Major players including BlackRock, Franklin Templeton, and native crypto projects are racing to capture market share in the tokenized asset space. By adding governance functionality, Ondo aims to differentiate its product suite and increase utility for tokenized securities.
Ondo's current tokenized stock lineup includes major U.S. equities such as Tesla and Microsoft. With voting rights now embedded onchain, investors can participate in shareholder decisions without leaving the crypto ecosystem, enhancing the appeal of tokenized assets.
