On-chain analytics firm Santiment has flagged a sharp move in PEPE balances. The token posted a single-day net outflow of 4.54 trillion tokens from exchanges, the largest daily outflow recorded since November 14, 2024, according to Santiment's monitoring data. Large volumes of PEPE are being transferred from trading platforms into private wallets. That reduces the amount of supply available for immediate selling. Nansen's wallet data points in the same direction. Over the past 30 days, the top 100 PEPE holder addresses increased their combined positions by 6.07%, lifting their total holdings to roughly 85.97 trillion tokens. Smart Money addresses went further, with their PEPE holdings up 307% over the same period. The combination of exchange outflows and rising accumulation by major holders means a growing share of the token supply is now concentrating in long-term-oriented wallets rather than sitting on exchanges. Together, the two datasets show exchange balances are declining while major accumulation addresses keep adding.
Santiment's on-chain monitoring shows PEPE's single-day exchange net outflow reached 4.54 trillion tokens, the largest such reading since November 14, 2024. The data tracks a broad move of tokens off trading platforms and into private wallets. With a large portion of PEPE shifting off exchanges, the supply available for quick selling has narrowed.
Nansen's wallet data frames the same shift. PEPE's top 100 holder addresses added 6.07% to their positions over the past 30 days, taking total holdings to approximately 85.97 trillion tokens. Smart Money addresses moved even more aggressively, raising their PEPE holdings by 307% during the same period. Together, the two datasets show exchange balances are declining while a larger share of the token supply is collecting in long-term-oriented wallets.
