Capital B Seeks Authorization for €100 Billion in Debt Instruments
European Bitcoin treasury firm Capital B (Euronext Growth Paris: ALCPB) announced that online voting for its general meeting, open until June 17, is now live. The board is seeking shareholder approval to establish a capital increase authorization of up to €5 billion and a debt instrument issuance authorization of up to €100 billion. The aim is to aggressively accelerate its Bitcoin treasury strategy and increase the Bitcoin content per share.
US-listed Hyperscale Data (NYSE: GPUS) reported that as of May 31, it held 704.3405 BTC, valued at approximately $51.8 million based on the closing price of $73,579. The company confirmed that it did not execute any Bitcoin purchases on the open market last week; the increase in holdings was entirely derived from regular mining output at its AI data centers, reflecting a mining-driven accumulation model. Brazilian crypto treasury company OranjeBTC (B3: OBTC3) disclosed that it acquired 20 BTC on the secondary market at an average price of $75,346, raising its total holdings to 3,762 BTC. Simultaneously, the company repurchased 289,100 OBTC3 shares, reducing the float and thereby increasing the Bitcoin exposure per share through this dual-pronged strategy.
