Sending money across borders remains expensive. According to the World Bank's Remittance Prices Worldwide database, the global average cost of sending remittances stands at 6.36%, nearly double the UN's 2030 Sustainable Development Goal of 3%. For millions relying on overseas transfers, every percentage point counts. Remittix's upcoming feature set intends to change that calculus.
Crypto-to-Fiat Integration: Attacking Two Pain Points
At the core of the rollout is full crypto-to-fiat functionality inside the Remittix wallet. Users will select a supported cryptocurrency and send funds directly to a traditional bank account in over 30 countries. Real-time foreign exchange conversion handles the rest; the recipient receives local currency without any crypto involvement.
This removes two major friction points in cross-border payments. First, cost — traditional banks remain the most expensive channel, with average fees around 12% in recent quarters, far above what digital alternatives can offer. Second, speed — bank transfers can take days; Remittix processes transactions in minutes. The team recently demonstrated the full login, fiat-to-crypto purchase, and crypto-to-fiat exchange flow.
The platform is now in its final optimization phase, focused on the crypto-to-fiat conversion process. A formal launch date will be announced once optimization is complete.
Wallet Live, Android Version Coming
The Remittix wallet is already available on the Apple App Store, acting as the gateway to the upcoming PayFi network. It supports multi-chain asset management and secure storage. A Google Play version is under development and expected soon, ensuring coverage across all major mobile app stores. A live wallet plus a nearly ready payment platform puts Remittix in a strong launch position.
Security and Exchange Support
The project has passed CertiK KYC verification, and its smart contracts underwent a full audit by CertiK, ranking first among pre-launch tokens. Exchange listings are already secured on BitMart and LBank, with additional top-tier centralized exchange announcements expected before the token generation event. Each new listing will boost RTX liquidity post-launch.
Fundraising and Token Sale Status
Remittix has raised over $29.7 million in private funding, with 77.98% of tokens sold. Only 14.4 million RTX remain at the current price of $0.13, representing approximately $6.1 million in available contribution capacity before this phase closes. According to the World Bank, global remittance flows hit a record $905 billion in 2024, far exceeding foreign direct investment. The addressable market is massive, the problem is real, and the product is nearly launch-ready.
