Renaiss, a liquidity infrastructure provider focused on real-world collectibles, has announced the completion of a $1.5 million seed financing round. The round was led by YZi Labs, with participation from Gate Ventures, Hash Global, XIN Family and Redline Labs. Angel investors in the round came from Mask Network, Far East Group, Logoman, Hoopi and Legit App.
Seed funding to support vault network expansion and ecosystem integration
According to Renaiss, the new capital will be used across several parts of its roadmap. The company plans to expand its vault network, strengthen product development and integration around the Renaiss SDK ecosystem, add more collectible categories and support global market expansion. The funding will also be directed toward DeFi integrations and infrastructure related to AI Agents.
Building a collectibles liquidity layer on BNB Chain
Renaiss is built on BNB Chain and aims to provide verifiable custody, standardized settlement and on-chain liquidity for physical collectibles. Its Renaiss Vault OS is designed to connect third-party vaults, card shops and custody nodes, while Renaiss.XYZ serves as the application layer through which users access the on-chain collectibles market.
The project’s stated goal is to reduce friction in verification, custody, pricing and cross-border trading for real-world collectibles. Once collectibles have been custodied and verified, their ownership can be transferred on-chain and circulated globally in a trustless and permissionless manner, linking physical collectible assets with blockchain-based settlement and liquidity.
Renaiss has also been selected for the third season of YZi Labs’ EASY Residency incubation program. The project won the Demo Night at Binance Blockchain Week Dubai 2025 and ranked first in the RWA category on BNB Chain. Since the launch of its beta in November 2025, the Renaiss platform has recorded more than $20 million in turnover and surpassed 260,000 users.
