On-chain analytics firm Santiment said in a post on X that Bitcoin recorded about $1.03 billion in daily realized profit at the start of this month, marking the second-largest one-day total seen so far in 2026. The figure was just below this year’s peak of roughly $1.04 billion. Santiment linked the spike to profit-taking after BTC moved into the $87,000 range. According to the chart cited by the firm, Bitcoin later pulled back into the $81,000 range. The update was reported by CoinPost and cited by Techub News in a market analysis brief.
