Securitize, the global leader in tokenizing real-world assets (RWA), announced an integration with the TRON blockchain, bringing tokenized securities and funds to one of the largest and most active blockchain ecosystems. The move opens access to a network with over 373 million accounts, $26 billion in total value locked (TVL), and annual transfer volume exceeding $7.9 trillion.

Key Details

Tokenized funds and securities issued through Securitize will be available on TRON, with a new RWA product expected to debut on the network—specifics to be announced soon. Securitize, which manages over $4 billion in assets under management (AUM) as of November 2025, partners with top-tier asset managers including Apollo, BlackRock, BNY, Hamilton Lane, KKR, and VanEck.

“Tokenization is about bringing real-world financial assets onto infrastructure that can support global scale and continuous market access,” said Carlos Domingo, Co-Founder and CEO of Securitize. “TRON has built one of the most widely used blockchain networks for value transfer, and this integration positions tokenized securities to tap into that reach over time.”

Justin Sun, Founder of TRON, added: “Our collaboration with Securitize, a leader in tokenization, continues the convergence of traditional finance and DeFi in a powerful new way. Together, we’re building the infrastructure for a global, onchain financial system.”

Industry Impact

The integration highlights a broader shift of institutional-grade financial products onto high-performance public blockchains. TRON, known for its efficiency and dominance in stablecoin activity—hosting over $86 billion in USDT circulation as of April 2026—provides a natural environment for regulated assets to evolve beyond traditional market constraints.

Securitize's Public Listing

On October 28, 2025, Securitize announced a definitive business combination with Cantor Equity Partners II, Inc. (Nasdaq: CEPT). The merged entity, Securitize Holdings, Inc., is expected to list on NYSE or Nasdaq under the ticker “SECZ” in the first half of 2026, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.

Securitize is the only company licensed to operate regulated digital-securities infrastructure in both the U.S. and EU. In 2026, it was recognized as a Forbes Top 50 Fintech company.
