On April 10, 2026, Securitize, the global leader in real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, announced its integration with the TRON blockchain. This integration will allow tokenized funds and securities issued through Securitize to be available on the TRON network, which boasts over 373 million accounts, $26 billion in total value locked (TVL), and an annual transfer volume exceeding $7.9 trillion.

Integration Details

The partnership extends Securitize's multi-chain footprint and will support the launch of a new RWA product on TRON, with details to be announced soon. Securitize works with top-tier global asset managers including Apollo, BlackRock, BNY, Hamilton Lane, KKR, VanEck, and others. As of November 2025, Securitize's tokenized assets under management (AUM) exceed $4 billion.

Executive Commentary

Carlos Domingo, co-founder and CEO of Securitize, stated: “Tokenization is about bringing real-world financial assets onto infrastructure that can support global scale and continuous market access. TRON has built one of the most widely used blockchain networks for value transfer, and this integration positions tokenized securities to benefit from that reach over time. While this is an early step, it signals where the market is heading: toward broader distribution, deeper liquidity, and more accessible on-chain financial products.”

Justin Sun, founder of TRON, commented: “TRON’s mission has always been to expand access to financial infrastructure while improving efficiency at global scale. Our collaboration with Securitize, a leader in tokenization, continues the convergence of traditional finance and DeFi in a powerful new way. Together, we are building the infrastructure for a global on-chain financial system.”

Securitize's Public Listing Plans

On October 28, 2025, Securitize announced a definitive business combination agreement with Cantor Equity Partners II, Inc. (Nasdaq: CEPT). The combined company is expected to be publicly listed on NYSE or Nasdaq under the ticker “SECZ,” targeting completion in the first half of 2026. Securitize’s subsidiaries hold SEC-registered broker-dealer and transfer agent licenses in the U.S., and operate a trading and settlement system under the EU DLT Pilot Regime in Europe, making it the only company licensed to operate regulated digital securities infrastructure in both jurisdictions.
