According to a report by Odaily Planet Daily citing financewire, tokenization platform Securitize has officially announced that Hamilton Lane’s tokenized Senior Credit Opportunities Fund (HLSCOPE) is now live on the TRON blockchain. This marks the first Securitize-issued asset to launch on TRON, representing a significant step in the multi-chain expansion of institutional private credit funds. Hamilton Lane, a global leader in alternative investment management, signals its confidence in the TRON ecosystem and blockchain-based distribution channels.
The HLSCOPE fund focuses on senior credit opportunities and is designed to give qualified investors on-chain exposure to institutional-grade credit assets. After completing KYC/AML checks on Securitize’s compliant platform, investors can subscribe, hold, and transfer fund shares directly on TRON, bypassing traditional financial intermediaries. This tokenized structure lowers investment barriers, enhances share liquidity, and introduces programmability for integration into decentralized finance (DeFi) applications.
TRON is recognized for its high throughput, low transaction fees, and large user base—dominating especially in USDT stablecoin circulation. The launch of HLSCOPE on TRON therefore taps into the network’s active decentralized finance community, offering on-chain investors a novel private market allocation tool.
Wormhole Enables Cross-Chain Interoperability
To ensure asset openness, Securitize will leverage its official interoperability partner Wormhole to enable seamless movement of HLSCOPE tokens across different blockchain ecosystems. Wormhole is a mature generic message-passing protocol that already connects dozens of major blockchains including Ethereum, Solana, and Avalanche. Through this integration, HLSCOPE is not confined to TRON alone; investors on other supported chains can also access the fund, dramatically improving its multi-chain accessibility and portfolio composability.
Executives Hail the Convergence of TradFi and Blockchain
Carlos Domingo, Co-founder and CEO of Securitize, stated that bringing HLSCOPE to TRON widens the reach of financial activity infrastructure to private markets, helping connect with a broader base of qualified investors. TRON founder Justin Sun added that welcoming Securitize and HLSCOPE into the TRON ecosystem is an important step in bridging traditional finance and blockchain infrastructure. He believes this move will serve as a template for more real-world assets migrating on-chain. The debut of HLSCOPE further enriches the institutional asset lineup on TRON and reflects the ongoing evolution of tokenized funds in both compliance and cross-chain capabilities.
