Sherwood Protocol said on X that it is building an agent fund platform where trading and treasury strategies can be expressed directly as on-chain actions. The setup includes several crypto primitives in one workflow: configuring tokenized stocks through Uniswap, deploying capital into lending venues such as Morpho to earn yield, opening perpetual positions on Lighter.xyz, and issuing tokens through SushiSwap to list funds publicly. The protocol also said the platform works with commonly used agents including bot and Muse, allowing users to describe a market view in natural language and have an agent carry out the strategy. Sherwood framed the product as a capital layer for agents where strategies can be publicly verified, with transparency and auditability built into the system. Access is still limited at this stage. Only whitelisted wallets can create funds, only the fund owner can propose strategies, and deposits are restricted to a fund’s own treasury. Sherwood added that the first group of fund creators will come on board next week, while users seeking early access can apply through a waitlist.

ChainCatcher reported that Sherwood Protocol used X to introduce its agent fund platform.

According to the post, agents on the platform can express strategies as on-chain actions. Those actions include configuring tokenized stocks through Uniswap, supplying capital to lending protocols such as Morpho to earn yield, opening perpetual positions on Lighter.xyz, and issuing tokens through SushiSwap to list a fund publicly.

Natural-language input and agent integrations

Sherwood said the platform can work with commonly used agents including bot and Muse. Users can describe their market view in natural language, and an agent will execute it.

Whitelist-only fund creation for now

The protocol said its goal is to provide a capital layer for agents where strategies can be publicly verified, with all strategies remaining transparent and auditable.

At the current stage, only whitelisted wallets are allowed to create funds. Only the fund owner can propose strategies, and deposits are limited to the fund’s own treasury. Sherwood said the first batch of fund creators will join next week, and users can apply for early access through a waitlist.
