Blockchain analytics firm Bubblemaps has flagged serious centralization risks around $SIREN, a token launched in February 2025 on BNB Chain as an on-chain AI analyst. A cluster of over 200 wallets is believed to control between 47% and 50% of the total supply, worth over $1 billion at peak prices. The tokens were accumulated cheaply on PancakeSwap in two major phases, then spread across roughly 47 wallets to obscure ownership.

Massive Wallet Cluster Holds Half the Supply

Initially, $SIREN had little traction, with its market cap around $40 million. Recent coordinated activity pushed it to nearly $2 billion. The cluster's holdings are now highly concentrated, meaning a single entity can influence price at will. Even a small sell-off could trigger a rapid crash due to low real liquidity.

Price Spiked 160% Then Plunged 60% in 24 Hours

The rally was closely tied to on-chain manipulation. Large volumes of tokens were unlocked and moved just before the price surge, creating an artificial supply shortage. This drove the price up 160% in 24 hours. Once the wallet pattern became public, sentiment flipped and the token dropped over 60% in the following 24 hours. The price swing highlights extreme sensitivity to insider activity.

Risks Beyond Price Swings

Concentrated supply also brings liquidity risks: trading volume can dry up quickly during downturns, trapping investors with heavy slippage. Coordinated buying and selling can inflate the price before a sudden exit. Without transparent ownership or solid fundamentals, the token may struggle to sustain its valuation after hype fades. The $SIREN centralization risk is real, and gains may be more fragile than they appear.
