Solflare said a security incident at its staking service provider affected keys held for one of its validators, according to a report cited by SolanaFloor. The validator is no longer generating staking rewards. Solflare said user funds were not affected and that delegated SOL remains in users’ own stake accounts under their key control. The wallet provider said it will guide users to migrate to a new validator through an app update. Once staking is activated on the new validator, rewards are expected to resume. Solflare also said it plans to compensate users who complete the migration. The update was reported by ChainCatcher as a 7x24 newsflash.
