The report said the company is targeting a valuation of 50 trillion won in the funding round. Solidigm was established in 2021 as a U.S. subsidiary of SK hynix to take over Intel’s NAND flash and SSD business. SK hynix had agreed in 2020 to acquire that business for about 10 trillion won.
