(MSTR) said in an 8-K filed on Sept. 30, 2026 that the annualized dividend rate for its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock, trading under STRC, will remain at 12.00% for the semi-monthly period beginning Oct. 16, 2026. The company also said its board declared a semi-monthly cash dividend of $0.50 per share. Those payments are scheduled for Oct. 31 and, subject to contingent conditions, Nov. 15.
