According to monitoring by PeckShieldAlert, TesseraDao ($TSR) was exploited approximately 19 hours ago. The attacker minted 99 million TSR tokens without authorization and promptly dumped them on the market, causing a 99% crash in the token's price. The minted tokens were then exchanged for roughly 2.5 million USDT.

TesseraDao is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) whose native token TSR is used for community governance and ecosystem incentives. This incident represents a classic minting exploit, where a huge volume of new tokens was maliciously created and sold, massively diluting the holdings of legitimate investors and triggering extreme market volatility.

The illicit gains were then bridged to the Ethereum network, and the attacker laundered 1,285.5 ETH through the mixing service Tornado Cash. As of now, the project team has not issued an official statement regarding this security breach or announced any recovery measures. Given that the funds have already been bridged and laundered, the chances of asset recovery are extremely low. The community should remain vigilant against similar risks and carefully evaluate unaudited projects. Users are advised to avoid interacting with TesseraDao contracts in the near term and to monitor for further updates.
